Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Eastern and Central US Time Zones, work-from-home

Candidate Location: Eastern or Central US time zones required, work-from-home position (remote)

We are seeking an experienced (3+ years) Digital Marketing Specialist to support our agency with the proper setup and delivery of new B2B websites, campaigns, and ongoing marketing strategies and tactics. This position will heavily emphasize the strategic development of B2B campaigns across paid channels (including social), tracking and analytics, and ongoing reporting/optimizations. Our vision of a successful Digital Marketing Specialist is someone who is highly self-motivated, proactive, and has a working knowledge of current marketing tools and best practices. The main focus of this role will be on Paid Social, PPC, Reporting and Analytics, and technical SEO.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, Client Services, and Ops teams to create marketing campaigns.
  • Identify appropriate KPIs and develop effective goals to measure strategy effectiveness.
  • Continuously assess emerging platforms, media opportunities, and strategies for relevant opportunities for both BFT and our clients.
  • Manage digital media & communication strategy and posting schedules for BFT and our clients.
  • Develop and pitch digital engagement strategies, including inbound marketing, email, and social campaigns, to new and existing clients.
  • Develop strategies and execute paid social, PPC, and display campaigns.
  • Implement tracking on websites via Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Assist in technical & on-page SEO tactics and recommendations.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years relevant experience working in digital marketing or advertising with a solid portfolio of work.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns on various platforms including Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Experience developing reporting dashboards and ensuring analytics are being tracked across digital properties.
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical SEO best practices and keyword research.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedication to continuous growth and learning to stay relevant in the latest
    development practices.

Remote Work Expectations/Considerations

Blue Flame Thinking is a work-from-home (remote) work agency with employees in the Eastern and Central US time zones. While we feel confident working remotely and providing excellent service to our clients, we are a team-based collaborative environment. The ideal candidate should be open to working from home/remotely most days (95%) but be willing to travel occasionally to meet up in person for events and collaboration.
