Alice appreciates the power of digital marketing to transform a business into a global competitor, giving even smaller companies a more prominent presence in the marketplace. Whether it’s turning a brick-and-mortar retailer into an efficient and profitable eCommerce platform or helping with a global insurance company’s rebrand, twice, she knows how to effectively develop game plans that move projects forward. As a project manager with Blue Flame Thinking, Alice is using her keen sense of observation to learn as much about our clients as possible, so we have a clear picture of what’s needed from the start. In this way, she’s able to set and maintain expectations while guiding our work to a successful outcome. You can find her leading our daily stand-up meetings, facilitating communications between our teams, creating timelines and keeping our projects on track…among other responsibilities. As long as she hears “No roadblocks!” from us, she’s happy.
