What’s it like to work at Blue Flame Thinking?
We use a variety of communication tools to collaborate remotely at our digital marketing agency. We’re tech-savvy and hyper-focused on the future of where marketing is headed. Clients are asking us to work with agentic workflows, so we offer multiple tracks for client deliverables–traditional marketing workflows, and AI-enabled services for faster outputs. We know AI tools are going to be a big part of business over the next 5-10 years, so we’re already integrating them into our workflows. Claude Cowork is a real coworker to solve sticky problems. We’ve built our own GPTs inside ChatGPT to streamline workflows. We’re creating client dashboards to update project status in real time.
It takes intentionality to push our work to be the best, but we each take responsibility to commit to that goal. We depend on each other to be self-starters, ask lots of questions, and raise the white flag when we need help.
At BFT, we’ve fostered a culture where teamwork is valued, mutual respect is required, and openness is encouraged. It’s unusual to work with an entire team of people who are thoughtful and kind and know how to be transparent and honest. That’s the legacy that’s been built at BFT, and it’s why people stick around.
We carpool to client locations, get together for quarterly meetings, and join each other for happy hour (as long as we’re back home by 9 p.m.–the dogs and kids need us).
