A Day in the Life
Every morning kicks off with our daily stand‑up meeting—a quick pulse check where we say, “Here’s what I’m doing, here’s what might trip me up, and here’s how we’re going to conquer the day.” It’s short, sweet, and surprisingly satisfying.
While we’re a fully remote team, we collaborate daily with teammates on impromptu working sessions, where we roll up our sleeves and create, build, clarify, or untangle whatever needs love. They’re part brainstorm, part productivity party, and always a good time.
How We Collaborate as a Team
Collaboration is kind of our thing. Beyond daily touchpoints, we rely on weekly L10s (an EOS term for Level 10 meeting) to talk through opportunities and solve any issues. It’s our structured timeframe to zoom out and ask, “How can we gather everyone’s insights on this?”
Then, quarterly meetings give us the chance to wander even further into big‑picture territory—recapping the past quarter’s goals, labeling any issues we noticed, and regrouping to move forward into the new quarter’s goals.
How We Collaborate With Our Client Partners
Working with clients doesn’t feel like working for clients—because we bring them right into the fun with us. In our collaborative working sessions, we sketch ideas live, problem‑solve in real time, and build things with our partners instead of delivering mysterious ta‑da moments. It keeps the work honest, energized, and human. Plus, it turns clients into true teammates, which is exactly how we like it.
