Customer experience and design are so important to the experience our clients’ end customers have. What’s something you’ve done to help solve a marketing pain point?
During new product launches, I proactively strengthened communication between our sales and distribution teams by establishing a regular feedback loop.
By staying closely connected to what they were hearing from customers on the ground, I was able to identify common challenges and emerging questions early. In response, I created a centralized FAQ and Launch Support channel that served as a dynamic resource hub.
This platform enabled teams to share real-time insights, troubleshoot issues collaboratively, and surface solutions quickly—ultimately reducing friction for customers and improving their overall experience with our products.
You’re the office DJ for the day, what tunes are you working to?
Focused Work: I can’t listen to music and not sing along, so if I am focused, it is instrumental only. I choose tunes from The Piano Guys, The Cello Guys, and classical.
Need Energy: I am an old soul, and love music from the 70s! Sorry, not sorry.
What is your dream account/client (either industry or specific entity) and why?
My dream account/client cares about their customers and cares about how their product or service makes things better for people and the planet. Accounts and clients that do the right thing is important to me.
