Chelsey joins us as a Junior Project Manager, and it didn’t take long to notice she has an ear for a good idea wherever she finds one—whether that’s bouncing thoughts back and forth with a coworker or catching a spark of inspiration mid-hockey game. She’s just as comfortable turning a big, fuzzy idea into a concrete plan, breaking large projects into smaller steps so nothing catches the team off guard.
That love of order shows up outside the office too. Ask her about her weekend hobbies and you’ll likely hear about a home organizing project in progress—everything gets a home, or it’s gone. It’s the same instinct that makes her so good at untangling a messy project timeline: find the pattern, build the system, and let everyone breathe a little easier.

Inspiration can come unexpectedly. What have been your most unusual sources?
I get inspired talking with others. I love bouncing ideas back and forth creating the most brilliant projects. It may also be during a hockey game.
What is something unexpected you’ve come across in your career that made a project or process easier?
Creating simple checklists and timelines and breaking down large projects into smaller manageable steps, which helped everyone know what was happening next instead of reacting at the last minute.
Game of Thrones, Star Wars, or neither?
I love the thought of Game of Thrones but I have yet to see it! I grew up on Star Wars, so I could get behind both!
