Tina joins us as a Project Manager, bringing eight years of experience managing programs, teams, and client cases in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. She calls herself an “extremely efficient human”—the kind of person who’s always looking for the smarter, faster way to get something done, whether that’s a client deliverable or beating the microwave to empty the dishwasher first.
That efficiency isn’t just about speed, though. Tina’s approach comes with an approachable, personable leadership style that keeps teams and clients on the same page, even when a project has a lot of moving parts. She’s just as comfortable resetting her own perspective as she is helping a team find theirs—proof that staying efficient and staying grounded aren’t mutually exclusive.
We ask all our new employees to fill out a survey when they first start. Take a look at these three Q&As and join us in welcoming Tina to the BFTeam!
What is your secret weapon as a marketer, maker, human?
I am an extremely efficient human. I love figuring out how to make things work both better and faster without sacrificing quality. Brushing my teeth while cleaning the house? Great use of time. Racing against the microwave to empty the dishwasher? Challenge accepted.
When you’re trying to figure out a challenge, what do you do to clear your mind?
I find taking a walk helps reset my brain to allow me to approach a challenge with a fresh perspective.
Does pineapple have any place as a pizza topping?
Undoubtedly yes, a lil sweet treat? Yes please. Mushrooms on the other hand…hard pass.
From efficient mornings to walks that clear the mental clutter, Tina already brings a rhythm to how she works that we’re excited to have on the team. Welcome to BFT, Tina—we can’t wait to see what you build here.
