Darby Metal Treating asked BFT to help them redesign their existing website, which was a decade old and launched when the company started. Darby Metal Treating provides precision heat-treating services for the aerospace, automotive, and other critical manufacturing industries.

The website’s revamp empowered the client with a modern look, strategically positioning them within the industry. Now, they can effectively educate potential customers and proudly exhibit their world-class services and capabilities.

Updated Design Elevates Brand

The new website advances Darby Metal Treating into the digital era and establishes a cohesive and clean look that elevates its brand – all while highlighting its equipment and facilities.
The BFT team drew inspiration from the Darby Metal Treating logo and used a clean look to modernize the website. Elevated visuals and descriptions helped to emphasize and provide a behind-the-scenes look at the broad scope of service offerings.

Notably, being a women-owned family operation is unique in the metal-treating industry.

The client wanted to showcase its WBENC certification, as well as personify who they are, what they do, and what they stand for as a business. We supported this goal with strong information architecture for easy navigation and SEO ranking.

A new About Us section showcases metrics and the Darby Metal Treating management team, highlighting company culture and practices.

The new Request a Quote form is now automated for easy internal routing.

The redesigned Services section showcases industry expertise, as well as a chance for education with a unique pros/cons section, equipment, specifications, and images for each process.

The updated Careers section highlights culture and company core values to encourage recruitment.

A vital addition was the Accreditations page. This page is a clear way to share their certifications and accreditations to customers and potential customers, a required element for the specific industries that Darby Metal Treating supports.

The new website is now an accurate reflection of who Darby Metal Treating is and represents its commitment to the many industries it serves.
