Strategic Website Redesign & Messaging

To keep up with this momentum, Patriot partnered with BFT to design a website that would enhance their brand presence and better highlight their commitment to supporting partner agencies and serving clients. This project was focused on creating a refined, cohesive look that aligned with their growth.

Following discovery sessions with key representatives from multiple stakeholders and teams, BFT created stylescape boards that defined the core visual and messaging elements. Simplifying navigation to make the site experience seamless for both clients and partner agencies was a top priority.

BFT designed detailed wireframes for essential pages to help the Patriot team visualize the structure, layout, and content hierarchy. This step allowed the project team to focus on user flow and content organization without being distracted by design elements. With these wireframes, stakeholders could clearly see how information would be arranged, supporting an intuitive user experience.

At BFT, the development team is involved in strategic planning from the start. This collaboration ensures that all aspects—such as page count, functionality and forms—are thoroughly considered within the project’s scope and budget. For example, Patriot requested an interactive map highlighting partner agencies across all regions. BFT’s development team delivered this feature seamlessly, adding functionality and enhancing the user experience.

Once the website design was finalized, the fresh look helped enhance Patriot’s other brand collateral. The BFT team collaborated with Patriot to revise the Brand Standards guide, incorporating new design elements to maintain consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing the refreshed, cohesive brand identity.

Through this strategic redesign, Patriot achieved a website that strengthened their message to clients and enhanced support for partner agencies.
